UNIONTOWN, Pa. -- Several neighbors and local organizations are raising money to help an 8-year-old Uniontown boy with spina bifida whose wheelchair was stolen this week.
The first check to help buy a new wheelchair was given to Isaiah Kiss on Friday during a presentation at Menallen Elementary School, where he is a student.
